Potential problems and how to overcome these problems: 1.    If the camera has any problems when shooting I will contact the school and see if I could use another one. If not then bring a spare camera of my own to use. 2.    If the filming takes longer than planned then I will inform the school so they can record it. 3.    If any of the equipment breaks then I will sure that I have spare so I do not have to worry.
