Assignment 2- Task 2- Choosing the track/ gaining permission

The track that I have chosen to use for my music video is the song Soldier by Samantha Jade. To get permission to use this track I will inform the artist and ask if it is acceptable to use her track to produce a music video. It is important to get permission from the artist otherwise it will be known as copyright. I looked on her official site, http://www.samanthajadeofficial.com, and scrolled down to find out where I could contact her. I realised that she has a Facebook page so I wrote on her wall to ask permission to use her song.
